The brief was to design a publication exploring the relationship between typographic form and negative space. I developed a unique visual syntax for an A4 publication that combined historical and contemporary type with abstract architectural photography. The resulting solution used the form factor of the book as a timeline to juxtapose form with the historical development of typography.
